UNITY CANDLE
Taking a candle, each one, the bride and the groom, to light the larger candle in the center signifies "two becoming one", "oneness". This does not imply "sameness", but rather the candles' merged light becomes a symbol for equality as the basis for marriage.
A Unity Candle can be custom-made to the bride's liking at A Bridal Gallery & More!
THE BRIDE'S GARTER
The Garter originated as a good luck tradition during the time of chivalrous knights. Un the 14th Century France, the bride tossed her garter to the unmarried guests to point out the next to be married. Today's bride throws her bouquet to the maiden girls, while the garter is tossed to "seal the fate of the bachelor guy."
Here at A Bridal Gallery & More! a pair of garters (called "Krazy Legs") are custom-made for any bride that wishes, to compliment her personality or wedding. The "special" one is kept for a keepsake and the more plainer one is tossed to the single gentlemen at the reception.
SILK FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS
Silk flowers travel well for a destination wedding. They also keep well without preservation. Each bridal bouquet is made to fit the bride and the theme of the wedding. There are round hand-held bouquets; large or smaller cascading bouquets; pageant and long-stemmed arrangements and for something different you could have a pompador in various sizes. The Tossing Bouquet is a small version of the actual bridal bouquet and the maids are fashions as the bride prefers.
If you would like to order flowers and are miles or even states away, no problem. The silk arrangement ship well and you won't have to worry about them being fresh when they arrive.
Some men don't care for flowers on their tuxedo. There are numerous ways to get around that and still look very elegant and will go with the rest of the flowers. There are dried weed stock, cones, nuts, feathers, pods and wrap with wire. Leave the ribbon and flowers to the females and let the men feel more at ease with any of the above.
A Bridal Gallery & More! will use your ideas to get the look YOU want or we will make suggestions out of the ordinary to get a unique, original look that is meant just for your party!

Did you know that traditionally, the bridal veil symbolized the virginity and youth of the bride. The color of the veils varied. Greek and Roman brides wore red, while the Christian brides chose between white and purple. The Romans consideredit a happy and joyous color which stood for a celebration. Brides today most commonly wear white veils. White is a symbol of purity. The blue stands for love and fidelity. It is also associated with the purity of the Virgin Mary. Wearing "Something Blue" is an old Israeli custom and was often worn in the form of a blue ribbon.
There are many different types of veils available. There are the blusher, double tier, single tier. The elbow, finger tip, waltz, chapel and cathedral length. Pouf, flyaway, fountain and mantilla are also veil types. The bride needs to decide what look and the formality of the wedding she is going for. Also is the religious aspect that needs to be considered.
Although we don't sell the wedding rings, the sybmolism of them is the circle is continuous and the wedding ring is symbolic of undying, continuous love and devotion. The third finger of the left hand was chosen long ago when it was believed to be connected directly to the heart by the "vena amoris" or the vein of love.
The Toast
Toasting comes from an ancient French custom of placing bread in the bottom of the glass - a good toaster drained the drink to get the "toast". According to legend, when the bride and groom drank their wedding toast, whoever finished first would "Rule" the family.
